Our vendor relationships cultivated by our staff provide our clients with access to the most specialized trade information and expertise. Our contractor bidding process includes working with our clients to develop a scope of services, then obtaining two to three bids from qualified vendors. We create a bid comparison sheet as a tool to compare the vendor estimates and services before presenting the information to the client. This process also includes our confirmation of proper insurance on behalf of the vendor and contacting references.

We are in the routine of regularly meeting with our contractors and vendors at sites. This allows us to have ongoing conversations about the scope of work agreed to and the service that each vendor is providing. Our staff is well versed on many of the trades that we hire contractors for, providing us with the knowledge of what to expect and while getting the best service for the property, its tenants and the owner.
